Compare your Used inventory only against other Used competing offers: Check this box if you want to reprice your Used inventory only against other Used competing offers. If you opt to leave this box unchecked, your Used inventory will be compared against other Used and New competing offers when repricing. Default setting is 'un-checked'.
Compare your New inventory only against other New competing offers: Check this box if you want to reprice your New inventory only against other New competing offers. If you opt to leave this box unchecked, your New inventory will be compared against other New and Used competing offers when repricing. Default setting is 'checked'.
Compare your items only against other Featured Merchants: Check this box if you want to price both your Used and New items *only* against offers from Featured Merchants. If this option is selected, then all offers from non-Featured Merchants will be ignored. If this option is not selected, then both Featured and non-Featured offers will be included when repricing. Featured Merchants are preferred sellers on Amazon, and are listed first in the Product Listings pages for non-media items. Default setting is 'un-checked'.
Exclude 'Acceptable' competing offers: Check this box if you want to exclude all competing offers in 'Acceptable' condition from your repricing calculations. Some sellers like to exclude 'Acceptable' competing offers because they feel the majority of consumers do not want to buy an item in poor shape, regardless of how low the price is. Note: this setting only applies when repricing items in the following condition types - 'New', 'Used - Like New', 'Used - Very Good', & 'Used - Good'. Your own 'Acceptable' inventory items will still be compared against other 'Acceptable' offers (in addition to other condition types). Default setting is 'checked'.
Exclude competing offers with a Seller Rating below X.X: Any offers with a Seller Rating below your set value will be excluded from your repricing calculations, in addition, new or 'Just Launched' sellers with no Feedback rating will also be excluded. To include all offers regardless of Seller Rating, set to 'Include all'. Default setting is '4.5'.
Exclude 'Just Launched' competing offers: Setting allows you to exclude competing offers from sellers that are new to the Amazon Marketplace. A new or 'Just Launched' seller is defined by Amazon as any seller who has yet to receive a buyer Feedback rating. Some consumers may be hesitant to order from a seller who has no track record with Amazon. Default setting is 'checked'.
Maximum allowable price: Sets the maximum allowable price for any given inventory item. If the calculated price is above this value, a given the item will not be repriced, and it will show up on your Items Not Processed report indicating the reason why. If you opt to default your prices to your Maximum Allowable Price, then they will be changed to you Maximum price, and will not appear on your Items Not Processed report. Default setting is: 100.00 USD
Default price to 'Maximum allowable price' when price rises above Maximum: If the price of a given item rises above your 'Maximum allowable price', you can select this option to default the price of the item to your maximum price. Default setting is 'un-checked'
Minimum allowable price: Sets the minimum allowable price for any given inventory item. If the calculated price is below this value, a given the item will not be repriced, and it will show up on your Items Not Processed report indicating the reason why. If you opt to default your prices to your Minimum Allowable Price, then they will be changed to you Minimum price, and will not appear on your Items Not Processed report. Default setting is: 0.01 USD
Default price to 'Minimum allowable price' when price drops below minimum: If the price of a given item drops below your 'Minimum allowable price', you can select this option to default the price of the item to your minimum price. Default setting is 'un-checked'
Maximum number of competing offers to compare against: Enter the maximum number of competing offers you would like to compare against when repricing a given inventory item. For example, if you set this value to '5', then only the 5 lowest competing offers will be considered in the repricing calculations. This variable allows you to determine how aggressively or conservatively you want to reprice your inventory. The more competing offers you consider, the more conservative a given item will be repriced. Default setting is: 6
Reprice New items when there are at least X other competing offers: Many sellers like to manually set their prices for New inventory items that have zero or very few competing offers - this setting allows you to determine what that threshold is. For example, if you set this value to '3', a given New inventory item will only be repriced when there are at least 3 or more competing New offers. If there are less than 3 offers, then a given the item will not be repriced, and it will show up on Items Not Processed report indicating the reason why. If you always want the automated repricer to reprice your New inventory, then set this value to zero. Default setting is: 3
Reprice Used items when there are at least X other competing offers: Many sellers like to manually set their prices for Used inventory items that have zero or very few competing offers - this setting allows you to determine what that threshold is. For example, if you set this value to '3', a given Used inventory item will only be repriced when there are at least 3 or more competing Used offers. If there are less than 3 offers, then a given the item will not be repriced, and it will show up on Items Not Processed report indicating the reason why. If you always want the automated repricer to reprice your Used inventory, then set this value to zero. Default setting is: 3
Default price when there are zero or too few competing offers for a given item: Allows you set a default price for a given item in which the number of competing offers is below your minimum competing offers setting for the condition type. If you don't want to set a default price, then leave this box blank, and the item will not be repriced, and will show up on your Items Not Processed report indicating the reason. Default setting is: blank
If the price of an item goes down more than X% then do not reprice: This option can be useful to protect a given item from a dramatic price decline in the event numerous lowball offers drive the price artificially low. If the price falls more than your allowed percentage, then the item will not be repriced, and will appear on your Items Not Repriced Report indicating the reason. Leave the field blank to disable this option. Default setting is: blank
If the price of an item goes up more than X% then do not reprice: Although not common, this option can be useful to protect you from an unscrupulous seller practice wherein a seller can artificially drive up the price of an item by creating fictitious high priced listings, and then list his real item for a lower price for a quick sale. If the price rises more than your allowed percentage, then the item will not be repriced, and will appear on your Items Not Repriced Report indicating the reason. Leave the field blank to disable this option. Default setting is: blank
Do not reprice items with a Sales Rank above: This option can be useful to exclude items from repricing with a high Amazon Sales Rank. Items with a high Amazon sales rank tend to sell very few copies, and due to this, some sellers do not like to reprice these items frequently, if at all. For further details on the Amazon Sales Rank and what it means click here - Default setting is: blank
Reprice my inventory at the lowest possible competing price: Do you want to *always* undercut your competition at all costs? Then check this box, and your inventory will be priced below the lowest competing offer out there. Warning - some of your inventory could be repriced at fire sale prices. Note: your other repricing settings will still apply. Default setting is: 'un-checked'
Reprice my inventory at the lowest price by same condition or better: This option allows you to price to the lowest competing offer that either matches the condition of your item or better. So, for instance, a given item in 'Very Good' condition will be priced to the *lowest* 'Very Good', 'Like New', or 'New' competing offer (whichever is lowest). Warning - low-ball offers are not excluded with this option which could result in very low prices in some instances. Note: your other repricing settings will still apply. Default setting is: 'un-checked'
Reprice my inventory using Intelligent Repricing: This is the default repricing algorithm, and generally recommended in most cases. The majority of our time, effort, and research have gone into developing this sophisticated repricing algorithm, so why not take advantage of it? In a nutshell, the repricing engine will first eliminate the outlying prices - those that are too low and too high - then from there it will determine where best to set your price given the condition of your item and the competitive environment (competing prices, conditions, and seller ratings), all the while applying the rules you set up. The repricing engine will always try and position your item to sell, but it will also protect your prices by not following poorly priced competing (low-ball & high-ball) offers that are too far out of line. Default setting is: 'checked'
Never price above Amazon.com's prices: Concerned about having an item stagnate because your price is above Amazon.com's? Check this box, and your inventory will never be priced above the Amazon.com price point. Default setting is: 'checked'
Only reprice an item when the price goes up: We call this positive repricing. It's a great way to protect your prices, and at the same time not leave money on the table for those items where the price is trending upward. However, a word of caution, long term use of this option can result in your inventory stagnating, because as we all know, prices never go up forever, but it can be a great option for short term price maintenance between your 'full' repricing events. Default setting is: 'unchecked'
Price adjustment: Once a target competing offer is arrived at, this setting determines by how much, if any, you want to undercut that offer. If you want to match the target offer, then put 0.0 in this field. If you want to undercut the target offer, then put in a valid decimal value indicating by how much you would like to undercut the offer. For example, if you want to always undercut the target offer by 5 cents then you would put 0.05 in this field. You can also price above a given target offer by putting a negative amount in this field. For example, if you want to always price above the target offer by 5 cents then you would put -0.05 in this field. Default setting is: 0.0 USD
Upload my price changes to Amazon.com after repricing: Check this box if you want to have your inventory pricing changes uploaded to Amazon.com following repricing. This option is only available if you are an Amazon Pro Merchant, and you supplied your Seller Password.
Template: Select the Template Name from your Repricing Templates drop down list that you would like this schedule to apply to. If you would like this template to apply to all of your templates, then select the 'All Templates' option.
Schedule Active: Check this box if you want this schedule to be active, otherwise this schedule will be skipped for automated repricing
Amazon email ID: This is the email address that is associated with your Amazon.com Seller account. This is also the email address that you use when you log into your Seller Account on Amazon.com. See http://www.amazon.com/gp/seller-account/management/your-account.html
Seller Class: Amazon.com has three primary Seller Account types: 'Individual', 'Marketplace Pro Merchant', and 'Seller Central'. Individual Accounts are only charged a fee by Amazon when an item is sold. Marketplace Pro Merchant accounts are charged a monthly fee by Amazon and are typically used for the sale of media items such as books and DVD's. Seller Central Accounts are also charged a monthly subscription fee by Amazon, but are typically used for the sale of consumer goods such as cameras and electronics. Please note: our service does not currently work for accounts that were originally opened as Seller Central accounts. However, if your account was migrated from Amazon Marketplace to the Seller Central platform, then our service will work for you.
Seller ID:
The Seller ID is a unique ID that Amazon.com uses to identify each Seller. The Seller ID must be entered
exactly as it appears on Amazon. You can find this
roughly 14-character id by going to your Amazon Storefront at http://www.amazon.com/shops/YourSellerNickname
where 'YourSellerNickname' is the name you sell under on Amazon. Your Seller ID can be found at the end of the
url address in your browser Address bar. It will look something like this (Seller ID highlighted):
http://www.amazon.com/gp/shops/storefront/index.html?ie=UTF8&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&sellerID=A2FSRP9IWH5JVX
Seller Password: This is the Password you use to log in to your Amazon.com Seller Account. Please read our Privacy statement regarding the handling of your Amazon.com password. Note: this field is *only* required if you have a Pro Merchant Account and you want RepriceIT.com to automatically upload your inventory price changes to Amazon.com.
SKU: SKU is commonly known as a Stock Keeping Unit. If you are an Amazon.com Pro Merchant seller, then each inventory item is required to have a unique SKU that is assigned by you (or by Amazon) when you list items for sale in the Amazon.com marketplace.
Use as Wildcard?: Check this option if you are entering a SKU that you want to use as a wildcard. For instance, if you enter 'ABC*' for the SKU, and then select the 'Use as Wildcard' option, then all SKU's in your inventory that start with 'ABC' will be excluded from repricing. You can also embed the wildcard character in the middle of a SKU such as, 'ABC*XYZ', and all SKU's that start with 'ABC' and end with 'XYZ' will be excluded from repricing.
Receive Repricing Reports through Email: Repricing reports are automatically emailed to you after each repricing event. If you would not like to receive these reports through email, then uncheck this box, and they will not be sent. Note: if you disable this option, you will still be able to review your repricing reports on RepriceIT.com through the 'Repricing Reports' link.
Seller Nickname: Enter the seller nickname exactly as it appears on Amazon.com. All competing offers from sellers on your Seller Exclusion list will be disregarded when your inventory is repriced.

What are Repricing Templates:
Repricing Templates are a powerful feature that allow you to apply different sets of repricing rules to
different segments of your inventory. With Repricing Templates you can segment your inventory by Listing Date,
Price, Sales Rank, or Condition, and each Repricing Template has its own configurable set of repricing rules.
Here are some examples of how Repricing Templates can benefit you:
Purge Sold Items: Button will initiate a purge of your 'sold' items based on your most recent Inventory report on our site.
Repricing Template Name: The Repricing Template name can be up to 20 characters long and can include spaces.
Repricing Template Type: You can create one of 5 Template Types: 'By Listing Date', 'By Sales Rank', 'By Price', 'By Condition', or 'Global' (Global templates apply to all of your inventory). Select the type you want to create from the drop down list.
By Listing Date Range: Enter in the 'From' and 'To' Date Range that you would like this Template to encompass from the drop down list.
By Sales Rank Range: Enter in the 'From' and 'To' Sales Rank Range that you would like this Template to encompass from the drop down list.
By Price Range: Enter in valid decimal numbers for the 'From' and 'To' Price Range that you would like this Template to encompass.
By Condition: Select the conditions that you would like this Template to encompass.
Template Order: Template Order tells the repricing engine what order to apply each Template when repricing a given item. The Template Order is very important and something you need to keep in mind when creating a new Template. For instance, if you have a 'Global' Template (applies to all inventory) ahead of a Template for 'New' items only, then the 'Global' Template will always be used even for your 'New' items. In this case, you'd want to make sure your Template for 'New' items is ahead of your 'Global' template.
Add fixed shipping amounts to my FBA items: FBA items qualify for Amazon's Super Saver Shipping and Amazon Prime, and given this, many FBA sellers opt to have Amazon's fixed shipping amounts added back to their end price so they will be priced competitively amongst the non-FBA offers. For details on Amazon's Standard Shipping Rates click here. Non-FBA items will not be impacted by this setting. Note: if do not wish to include the full shipping price in the price of your item you can use the 'Price Adjustment' field to lower your end price.
FBA: FBA stands for Fulfillment by Amazon, which is Amazon's service whereby you send your inventory directly to Amazon and they pick, pack, and ship your orders directly to your customer. For details on Amazon's FBA program click here.
Venue Name: Select the appropriate option from the drop down list. If your venue can not be found, then select 'Custom'.
FTP Host Name: Enter in the FTP Host Name as provided by your inventory management provider.
FTP ID: Enter in your FTP ID as provided by your inventory management provider.
FTP Password: Enter in your FTP Password as provided by your inventory management provider. Note: all passwords will be saved in our database in an encrypted format.
Upload my price changes to my FTP site after repricing: Check this box if you want to have your inventory pricing changes automatically uploaded to an FTP site following repricing. If you use a 3rd party inventory management tool such as AOB, you can select this option to have your price changes sent (via FTP) directly to your provider's inventory management site. For details on how to set up an FTP account, navigate to 'Account' -> 'Add/Change FTP Settings'.
Item SKU Search To locate a given SKU, or range of SKU's in your Item Settings list, you can enter an exact match, or use the wildcard character '*' to locate SKU pattern matches. For example, if you enter 'THX*', then all SKU's that start with 'THX' will be returned. If you would like to view the full list again, then you can select the 'Reload Full Item Settings List' link.
Purge Sold Items...: When you click this button you will be brought to a confirmation page where you will have the option to purge 'sold' items from your list based upon your latest Inventory report available on our site. Please note: newly added items that were listed within 2-weeks of the report 'as of' date will not be removed as a safeguard.
Retrieve Latest Inventory Report: Clicking this button will initiate a retrieval of your current inventory from Amazon.
Minimum Price: Enter a decimal value for the Minimum allowable price for your item. Do not enter a '$' sign.
Maximum Price: Enter a decimal value for the Maximum allowable price for your item. Do not enter a '$' sign.
