Why can you only reprice on Amazon, what about other selling venues?
Quite frankly, if you're going to start somewhere then why not with the largest, most active online marketplace in the world? Amazon is still the de facto marketplace for books, among other things. We are actively pursuing other venues to offer repricing services. More to come...

How does the repricer work?
Nothing beats the accuracy of repricing by hand, so we strived to develop a repricing engine that mirrors, as closely as possible, the same intuitive decision making processes that you would apply when repricing your own inventory. The engine will eliminate the outlying prices - those that are too low and too high - then from there it will determine where best to set your price given the condition of your item and the competitive environment (competing prices, conditions, & seller ratings), all the while applying the rules you set up.  Everyone has their own style of repricing inventory which is why we built the engine to be as flexible as possible. We recommend that you experiment with different repricing settings leaving the 'Upload to Amazon' option unchecked until you find the mix that is right for you.

How much does the service cost?
There are seven different Subscription Levels that are available based on your inventory count. You can change you Subscription Level at any time through your 'Account' link. Subscription Levels are as follows:

How long will it take to reprice my inventory?
Our service will reprice your inventory at an average rate of about 500 items per minute, or 30,000 items per hour.

Do I have to be a Pro Merchant seller on Amazon for this service to work for me?
Yes.

How many automated repricing schedules can I have at any one time?
You can create up to a maximum of 10 automated repricing schedules, which can be run daily, or on specific days/times of the week.

Is there a maximum limit on how many items can be repriced?
We can reprice inventories of up to 100,000 items for 'Premier' level subscriptions. If you have over 100,000 items in your inventory, then RepriceIT.com will only be able to reprice the first 100,000 items in your inventory as they occur on your Amazon Open Listings Report.

Will RepriceIT.com reprice my Collectible inventory?
No. Collectible items are often just that, collectible, and as such, most sellers do not want automated repricing for these sensitive items. In addition, recent changes at Amazon.com now require Collectible items to be priced at or above the list price (MSRP) or $10, whichever is greater. Given these constraints, it just doesn't make sense to automate collectible inventory repricing.

What reports are emailed after my inventory is repriced?
After each repricing event, the following tab-delimited reports will be emailed to you (see the Demo page to view the report contents):

• Items Repriced Report.
• Items Not Repriced Report: based on your repricing parameters, some inventory items will not be repriced if they do not meet your repricing criteria. This report shows what items were not repriced and the corresponding reason.
• Inventory Upload File: formatted for Amazon.com - you can use this file to bulk upload your pricing changes to Amazon.com yourself, or you can have RepriceIT.com do it for you.

How long will you retain repricing reports?
Repricing reports will be retained for 1 month on our server after which they will be deleted.

Will your repricer chase low-ball offers?
Our pricing engine was built to respond to overall pricing trends, and *not* individual low-ball offers. Competing offers that are poorly priced, will be excluded from the repricing calculations. However, bear in mind that you have the option to manually override this funtionality by selecting the 'lowest possible competing price' option on the Repricing Dashboard.

Can you reprice my FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) inventory?
Yes. Our service can reprice all your FBA and non-FBA merchandise.

Can I send price changes to my AOB or FillZ account?
Yes. You can have your price changes automatically sent to your AOB or FillZ account. This means that you can easily leverage our sophisticated pricing technology to keep your prices competitive across all your sales channels on AOB or FillZ. If you use an inventory management tool other than AOB or FillZ, then we can probably integrate with them as well, contact us for details.
